Abby is a lifelong Michigander and holds her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Political Science from Hope College. With over a decade of experience in client-facing roles in both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, Abby is dedicated to enhancing client satisfaction and building meaningful relationships through attentive and personalized service.

Abby resides in West Michigan with her husband, Steve, and their dog, Turbo. Outside of work, Abby appreciates spending time with family and friends. She enjoys hiking scenic trails, traveling, reading, and working on woodworking projects in her free time.
