Elinna has over 15 years of HR experience and holds a degree in Business with a focus on Human Resource Management. She enjoys helping organizations grow by finding the right people, building efficient HR systems, and creating a workplace culture where employees feel valued and connected. She believes HR should be clear, people-focused, and grounded in honest communication that supports both the business and the people who drive it.

Outside of work, she lives in Brookfield with her husband and four kids. Much of her free time is spent at sports fields, school events, and family activities. When life slows down, she enjoys traveling, relaxing, and spending time with friends and loved ones.
