Karishma Dhingra is a Client Operations Intern at Drake & Associates, where she supports the team in delivering client-focused services while gaining hands-on experience and insight into the unique roles each team member plays in the firm’s overall operations. Karishma is currently a junior at Marquette University pursuing degrees in Finance and Real Estate, where she is developing a strong foundation in business, analytical thinking, and relationship building.

She brings a curious, detail-oriented approach to her work and is passionate about creating positive experiences for both clients and team members. Karishma values collaboration, professionalism, and building genuine connections, and she takes pride in bringing positive energy and reliability to her role each day.

Outside of work, Karishma enjoys dancing, traveling, trying new restaurants, going to the gym, and spending quality time with family and friends. She loves meeting new people, making memories with those closest to her, and is always looking forward to her next adventure.
