Nav Iyengar is a deep technologist with a background that spans financial services, manufacturing, enterprise product & project leadership, and hands-on technology development. He holds PMP, CSM, and PSPO II certifications and brings a combination of builder instincts and domain depth to his work.

Nav’s experience bridges the worlds of product and engineering, he co-founded Tickety, a GenAI-powered customer ticketing technology platform, and has led large-scale AI integration initiatives for Fortune 100s, delivering measurable cost savings and operational efficiency gains. His financial services background, including time as a practicing financial advisor, gives him a grounded understanding of the real-world workflows and user needs that good AI systems have to serve.

He specializes in agentic AI workflows, LLM integration, and building intelligent systems that connect cleanly into existing enterprise environments. Nav approaches his work with a bias toward outcomes, focused on shipping AI that actually works for the people using it, not just the people building it.

Outside of work, Nav is an avid home cook with a weakness for ambitious slow-cooked meals and comfort food. A true Sconnie, he is a huge Packers, Bucks, and Brewers fan and enjoys attending live games. On weekends, he likes to spend time with his dog, Max, and exploring the beautiful outdoors of the Northwoods.
