Rachel Bonikowske grew up in Hortonville, Wisconsin, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing and an emphasis in Digital Marketing. She began her journey at Drake & Associates as a marketing intern and now works as a Digital Marketing Specialist.

Rachel has always been passionate about digital and content marketing and found Drake to be the perfect fit to grow her career in a meaningful way. She approaches her work with creativity and a results-driven mindset, aiming to deliver impactful marketing strategies.

She now lives in downtown Milwaukee, where she enjoys exploring the city’s food scene, attending concerts, and walking around the city to discover new spots.
