Shefaa Alazzam is a Client Experience Specialist with a diverse background in banking, financial services, education, and technology. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Financial Economics and has earned a Google Cybersecurity Professional Certificate.

Before joining Drake & Associates, Shefaa worked in banking, where she developed experience in client service, financial products, relationship building, and day to day branch operations. She also spent several years in education as a lead teacher, strengthening her communication, organization, problem solving, and relationship building skills.

In her role as Client Experience Specialist, Shefaa focuses on creating a welcoming and positive experience for clients, assisting with scheduling and communication, and supporting the team with day to day client and operational needs. She takes a service-driven and detail oriented approach and enjoys making people feel comfortable, valued, and well taken care of.

Outside of work, Shefaa enjoys spending time with family, photography, reading, gardening, cooking, art, and crafts. She loves discovering new places, finding great coffee shops, and learning new things.
