Robin graduated from Concordia University Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance. He has also received an MBA with an emphasis in management from Concordia University Wisconsin School of Business. Robin joined Drake and Associates in August 2023 as Director of Operations. Prior to joining Drake and Associates, he worked in the asset management industry for 24 years with various roles in auditing, accounting, and operations. Robin has a passion for coaching, mentoring and team development while proactively identifying and rectifying inefficiencies and streamlining process improvements, allowing team members to reach their fullest potential.

Robin and his wife Monica live in Waukesha, WI with their two children, Monroe (age 11) and Milo (age 9). He enjoys rooting on all Wisconsin sports teams and is an avid outdoorsman.
