Matthew Grube serves as Director of Advisory Services at Drake & Associates, where he is focused on developing people, strengthening advisors, and helping them reach their full potential. His primary goal is to coach and develop advisors so they can grow professionally, build meaningful relationships, and ultimately provide greater value and a better experience for the clients they serve.

Matthew has been part of the financial services industry since 2009, building his career through a variety of roles centered around sales, leadership, and development. Those experiences have shaped his approach to leadership and reinforced his belief that when you invest in people, provide the right guidance, and challenge them to grow, they are better equipped to make a lasting impact on others.

What motivates Matthew most is the opportunity to make a positive impact on people’s lives. He believes that developing great advisors is about more than professional success—it’s about giving them the tools, confidence, and perspective to help clients make important financial decisions and achieve their goals.

Outside of Drake & Associates, Matthew enjoys spending time with his wife, Kallie, and their two sons, Bennett and Lincoln. He loves being outdoors, grilling, spending time with family, and following Wisconsin sports. For Matthew, his family and the opportunity to positively influence the people around him are what make both his personal and professional life meaningful.
