Tracy grew up in West Allis and now calls the Town of Ottawa home. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Carroll University, specializing in relational communication. With 35 years of experience as a Business Operations Coordinator in Academic Medicine, Tracy appreciates the structure and professionalism of both academic medicine and the retirement planning and wealth management services field.

In 2024, Tracy joined Drake & Associates’ Client Experience Team, where she emphasizes the importance of fostering meaningful client interactions and ensuring clients feel valued, comfortable and supported.

Outside of work, you can find Tracy restoring her oak forest, running agility courses with her border collies, enjoying hobby homesteading, and serving as a member of the music ministry at her church. She also treasures time spent with her three grown children and her two delightful granddaughters, Rowan and Layla.
