JOB DESCRIPTION
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate superb marketing and analytical skills; someone who can plan, execute, and iterate campaigns to drive engagement, quality leads, and qualified opportunities. This individual will execute email marketing, lead nurturing, direct mail, coordinate speaking engagements, and other marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and enjoy working on multiple projects simultaneously. ● Experience with Salesforce and Active Campaign is preferred but not required
● Excellent communication; verbal and written
● Proven ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks on schedule
Minimum Requirements:
● College degree preferred
● 2 – 3+ years of experience in a marketing/sales role
● Ability to learn new software quickly
● Experience with Salesforce and Active Campaign is preferred but not required
● Strong graphic design skills, familiarity with Canva and Photoshop
● Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
● Proficient with Google Suite, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Meta Business Suite, and WordPress
● Industry knowledge/experience preferred
Position Responsibilities:
● Strong ability to execute online and offline marketing campaigns and a keen eye for
detail
● Accomplish assigned tasks within established deadlines and in an accurate manner
● Assist with the coordination of workshops and client events
● Deliver accurate and timely reports on campaign performance and leads
● Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities to help ensure all efforts serve to achieve
campaign objectives
Salary
$60,000 – $70,000

We offer Traditional and Roth 401(k)s with our company contributing 3% regardless of team member
contributions. Employees under 50 years of age can contribute $23,000 per year in addition to the
3% company contribution. Are you 50+ years of age? You can contribute $30,500 each year in
addition to the 3% company contribution. We can also show you how to fund a Traditional IRA or
Roth IRA at $7,000 per year if under 50 and $8,000 if 50+. We know a lot about money, it’s what we
