JOB DESCRIPTION

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate superb marketing and analytical skills; someone who can plan, execute, and iterate campaigns to drive engagement, quality leads, and qualified opportunities. This individual will be responsible for Drake TV Studio equipment, local and national TV appearances for our Financial Advisors, TV & Radio lead funnels, and recording new video content. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and enjoy working on multiple projects simultaneously. Minimum Requirements:
● College degree preferred
● 2 – 3+ years of experience in a marketing/sales role
● Ability to learn new software quickly
● Experience with Salesforce and Active Campaign is preferred but not required
● Strong graphic design skills, familiarity with Canva and Photoshop
● Strong video editing skills
● Proficient with Google Suite, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Meta Business Suite, and WordPress
● Industry knowledge/experience preferred

Position Responsibilities:
● Strong ability to execute online and offline marketing campaigns and a keen eye for detail
● Record and edit new video content
● Operating and maintaining equipment in the Drake TV studio
● Optimize on-going TV & Radio marketing campaigns
● Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities to help ensure all efforts serve to achieve campaign objectives

Salary
$60,000 – $70,000

Retirement
We offer Traditional and Roth 401(k)s with our company contributing 3% regardless of team member
contributions. Employees under 50 years of age can contribute $23,000 per year in addition to the
3% company contribution. Are you 50+ years of age? You can contribute $30,500 each year in
